1. Shipping Destinations

We proudly offer worldwide shipping to most international destinations. Delivery availability depends on carrier eligibility, local regulations, and service access in your region. If your delivery address falls within a restricted or remote area, we will notify you promptly after your order is placed.


2. Shipping Fees

We offer the following shipping rates:

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $179 USD

  • 📦 Orders under $179 USD will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee, calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and order weight

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is delivered defective or due to fulfillment error by our team.


3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

  • During promotional campaigns or peak seasons, processing may require extra time.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time varies by location:

Destination Estimated Transit Time
United States, Canada, Europe, Australia 7–15 business days
Asia 5–12 business days
Other regions 10–20 business days

Important Notes:

  • Delivery time estimates do not include processing time.

  • Transit times may vary due to courier delays, customs inspections, adverse weather conditions, or high shipping volume periods.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Tracking link for real-time updates

Tracking status may take 24–48 hours to activate after shipment due to carrier system updates.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

DUREXIS is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable parcels caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Failure to collect packages from postal service or local couriers

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require reshipping at the customer's expense.


7. Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Fees

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage or clearance fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. DUREXIS does not include customs fees in product or shipping prices and cannot predict or control these charges.


8. Shipment Delays

While we strive for reliable delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Customs processing delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Carrier network disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Local regulations

Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds unless shipment failure is confirmed by the courier.


9. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Lost Shipments

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Contact your local courier service

  3. Email us at zaxfashion@outlook.com

We will assist with investigation and resolution.

Confirmed Loss

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier:

  • We will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


10. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If you receive an incorrect item or your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide order number and photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra charge.


11. Refused Deliveries

Orders refused upon delivery may:

  • Not be refundable

  • Be subject to additional return shipping charges and customs penalties

Refused orders will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


12. Shipping Restrictions

Some locations may have restricted delivery access or experience longer transit times. If shipping is unavailable to your region, you will be contacted and the order will be canceled with a full refund.
