Return & Refund Policy | DUREXIS

Thank you for shopping with DUREXIS. We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our return process is designed to be clear, fair, and easy. Please take a moment to review the full policy below before submitting a return request.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, accessories, and protective materials must remain intact.

  • Products must show no signs of wear, staining, scratching, odors, or damage caused by the customer.

  • You must present valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

Please Note:
Personalized items, customized products, clearance items marked as “Final Sale,” or promotional giveaway items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not accepted for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items

  • Products returned without prior authorization

  • Items damaged by misuse, inappropriate handling, or natural wear and tear


3. Return Authorization Process

All returns must be authorized before shipment. Please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at zaxfashion@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Product name(s)

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

  3. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return approval and detailed return instructions.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., style change, size dissatisfaction, or incorrect order placed), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, DUREXIS will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label once verified.

Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable, except in cases of product defect or fulfillment errors.


5. Inspection & Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received:

  • Our quality team will inspect your return within 2–5 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection approval.

  • Banking institutions or payment platforms may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.


6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued when:

  • Items are returned with missing accessories or original packaging

  • Products show minor signs of handling or cosmetic imperfections not caused during transit

  • Promotional bundles are returned incompletely

Refund amounts will be determined after inspection.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like to exchange an item:

  • Please complete the return process for your original item and request a refund.

  • Place a new order separately for the desired product to ensure faster processing.


8. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery at zaxfashion@outlook.com

  • Provide:

    • Clear photos or videos of the product damage

    • Packaging photos (if applicable)

    • Your order number

We will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund at no cost to you once verified.


9. Lost or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check with your bank or PayPal account — some institutions take additional processing time (3–5 business days).

  2. Contact your payment provider directly.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible — you must follow the standard return process after delivery.
